Students named to BC3 honor societies

Students who have completed at least 12 credit hours in Butler County Community College’s business division, who are pursuing an associate degree in a business program and who meet academic requirements, are eligible for membership in Delta Kappa, formed at BC3 in 2019.

Students who have completed at least 12 credit hours toward an associate degree or six credit hours toward a one-year certificate and who meet academic requirements are eligible for membership in Rho Phi, established at BC3 in 1968.

New Delta Kappa members this fall are Khadija Akhouad of Seven Fields, business management; Amari Madliger of Butler, business administration; and Steven Pander of Portersville, computer information systems-programming specialist.

New Rho Phi members this fall are Khadija Akhouad of Seven Fields; Barbara Bauer of Seven Fields, nursing, R.N.; Sara Idso of Butler, early childhood education (pre-K-4); Jonah Kozora of Mars, computer science; Katie Maines of Rockton, health care science; Alexandra Miranda of Butler, psychology; James Meier of Sharon, addiction recovery; and Melissa Wolfe of Butler, accounting skills.
