GFWC Intermediate League of Butler will meet beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 13, at Christ Community Methodist Church, 205 Duffy Road, Butler.

A 30-minute social time will be followed by a presentation from Karen Dunn of the V.A. Stars and Stripes Healthcare Network, of Johnstown, titled “Paving the Way for Better Veteran Outcomes.”

Dunn will discuss ways community members and groups can connect with local veterans.

Members are asked to bring gasoline, Aldi or Walmart gift cards for distribution to the women veterans who receive services at the Butler V.A. Healthcare System.

Neck pillows also will be collected for V.A. in-patients.
