Doris M. Kelly, 90, of Harmony, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023, in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family.

Born on Nov. 29, 1932, in Harmony, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. Rice and Sylvia N. (Barkley) Rice.

Doris worked at Hills Department stores for 22 years, part of which she worked as a supervisor of the morning stock crew. She also worked at St. John Specialty Care Center as a nurse’s aide.

Doris will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Barry Leasher, Sue Leasher, Bob (Danene) Leasher and Bill (Irene) Leasher, and their families; her daughter-in-law, Susan K. Leasher; her 11 grandchildren, Terri Jo, Nicole, Jeremy, Jennifer, Brian, Brett, Billy, Jessica, Andrew, Crystal and Dan; 22 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Betty Laberdee; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her longtime companion of nearly 30 years, Lloyd “Neial” Mack; her son, John C. Leasher Jr.; and two brothers, Charles Rice and Robert Rice Sr.

KELLY — Visitation for Doris M. Kelly, who died Sunday, April 30, 2023, will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. and from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 6 p.m. Friday at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, with Pastor Reid Moon officiating.

She will be laid to rest at Grace Church Cemetery in Harmony.
