SLIPPERY ROCK — The third annual Scramble for Mental Health golf outing takes place May 13 at Slippery Rock Golf Club.

Fee is $120 per golfer, $460 per foursome. Fee includes greens fees, cart, continental breakfast, lunch and a buffet dinner. Registration is at 8 a.m., shotgun start at 9:30 a.m.
