Eury 50th anniversary
Peter and Paula Eury, of Chicora, celebrated 50 years of marriage with a surprise celebration given by their children on April 15, 2023, at the Connoquenessing Country Club, where the couple renewed their vows. The couple will also be taking a cruise.
Eury married the former Paula Herman on April 28, 1973, at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
They have five children, Jason and his wife, Tricia, of Laurinburg, N.C., Brian and his wife, Laura, of Petrolia, Matthew and his wife, Elizabeth, of Latrobe, Kelly Eury of Fredericksburg, Va., and Amy Eury of Pittsburgh.
They also have nine grandchildren.
Eury retired from Ervin Industries.
Mrs. Eury is retired, having worked in medical billing and as a receptionist.
They are both members of All Saints Parish, where Mr. Eury is a Eucharistic minister.
