Dearest Marla,
Another year has passed without you and today you should be celebrating your 68th birthday with us, but there will be no party, gifts or birthday cake with candles.
This day was always special for us as we gathered around you here. We would sing, laugh and celebrate your day and see you blow out your candles with that beautiful smile of yours.
We love you so much and miss those special days with you but all we have now are our precious memories of the past and birthdays so long ago.
Life goes on without you and time has helped ease some of the pain of losing you, but our love and memories will always keep you with us as the years come and go.
You won’t be here today to celebrate your birthday with us, but our love and memories will always keep you with us.
For those who love you, this day will always have a special place in our hearts and we thank God for the 37 years we had with you and ask the angels to sing “Happy Birthday” to you.
