An Armstrong County man died earlier this month in a vehicle crash on Route 85, state police said.

Steven Kovach, 61, of Rural Valley, died from injuries suffered in a crash around 6:30 a.m. March 2.

Police said Kovach’s vehicle turned into the path of another vehicle as he was traveling east on Route 85. He was transported to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh and died March 4.
