CLINTON TWP — Township supervisors Monday, March 27, agreed to advertise to hire a full-time public works employee.

Supervisors said they want to hire someone to replace an employee who is not able to work due to health issues. Currently the department has two full-time and four part-time employees.

The advertisement will be placed on the township website and Facebook page.

In other business, the supervisors agreed to buy six decorative concrete blocks for $810 and place them in front of the municipal building to act as a barrier to prevent vehicles from hitting the building.
