Donald E. “Don” Wagoner, 71, of Butler (Unionville), passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023, at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Don was born July 3, 1951, in Butler, the son of the late Robert H. Wagoner and the late Irene F. Grossman Wagoner.

Don had been employed at Mineral Technologies. He was a member of the Unionville Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Don was also a member of the Unionville Volunteer Fire Department for more than 40 years and the Boy Scouts of America. Don loved everything outdoors, including hunting, fishing, bonfires with his family and making mountain pies.

Don is survived by his wife of 39 years, Belinda McAnallen Wagoner; and his son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Erica Wagoner, and their children, Camren, Payten and Pyper. Also surviving are his sister, Mrs. Peter (Diana) Dickey; and many nieces and nephews.

WAGONER — The family of Donald E. “Don” Wagoner, who died Sunday, March 26, 2023, will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Unionville Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 1114 Sunset Dr., Butler, with his pastor, the Rev. Matt Kail, officiating.

Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made the Unionville Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 1114 Sunset Dr., Butler PA 16001.
