The South Butler Community Library, 240 W. Main St., Saxonburg, will have a Medicare education workshop at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 24, with Becky Stallsmith of Financial Essentials.

“Medicare 101" is for anyone who currently has Medicare, people who assist a loved one or friend with Medicare issues, or those planning ahead for the time when they will be covered by Medicare.

Stallsmith will discuss the basics of Medicare and offer helpful tips about the enrollment process and periods, types of Medicare products, and how to save money on Part D during the upcoming enrollment period in October.
