Joan Elizabeth Dolby, 79, of Lake Panasoffkee, Fla., passed away on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2023, in Lake Panasoffkee, Fla.

Joan was born Aug. 10, 1943, in Bradys Bend, the daughter to Ira and Martha Sutton. She was a member of the Red Hats Society. She enjoyed playing bingo, arts and crafts, teaching Sunday School and going to the casino. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Andrea Mausser (Douglas) of Jamestown, Pa.; son, Brent Dolby (Jennifer) of Chicora, Pa.; grandchildren, Clarisa Mausser of Sharon, Pa., and Derrick Mausser of Jamestown, Pa.; great-grandchildren, Adelina and Brayden; sister, Beverly Rodgers (Ronald) Masury, Ohio; and brother, Robert Sutton of Connoquenessing.

She was preceded in death by her sons, Robert H. Dolby and Patrick Dolby; daughter, Maliah Foster; sisters, Kay Sutton, Gloria Elder and Gail McConnell; brother, James Sutton; and parents, Ira and Martha Sutton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The National Kidney Foundation.
