Rose M. Criley

Rose M. Criley, 63, of Butler, passed away on Jan. 2, 2023, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born Oct. 3, 1959, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Donald W. Criley Sr. and the late Myrtle “Sally” McCandless Criley.

Rose graduated from Butler High School in 1979.

She was a member of Faith Fellowship Alliance Church.

Rose worked at the Hoagie Shop, and then went to work for Austin Bleach Company in Mars, retiring in 1998.

She enjoyed raccoon hunting and motorcycles.

Rose is survived by her one brother, Donald W. Criley Jr. and his wife, Mary Ann, of Chicora; four sisters, Marsha (Criley) Brown and her husband, Robert, of Chicora, Belinda McKinney of Saxonburg, Darla Pringle of Jacksonville, Fla., and Lou Ann Swartzlander of Butler; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Pamela Ann Rowe; and two brothers-in-law.

CRILEY — Friends of Rose M. Criley, who died Monday, Jan. 2, 2023, will be received from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Friday at Faith Fellowship Alliance Church, 200 Faith Way, Fared Drive, Butler.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the church with the Rev. Richard Jenks officiating.

Burial will take place in the Gruenwald Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME in Butler.
