Jennings Environmental Education Center, 2951 Prospect Road in Brady Township, is offering a free, self-guided walkabout to help nature lovers and city slickers alike reflect on events of the past and ponder the future with anticipation.

The walkabout will be available from Dec. 30 through Jan. 8, when participants can pick up a free 10-stop guide and map in the park’s racks, in the park office or electronically by request.

The walkabout will allow participants to explore some of the best scenery at the park, and gain insight into rest, resilience, hope and more via the flora and fauna, water and wind in the designated walkabout area.
