Mary Jane Sefton
Mary Jane (Fisher) Sefton, 90, of Butler, passed away Tuesday morning, Dec. 27, 2022, at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born Aug. 4, 1932, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late George and Katie Fisher.
Mary was a homemaker and enjoyed family parties.
She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses on Unionville Road in Butler.
She is survived by her children, Thomas (Deborah) Sefton of Butler, and Larry (Vicki) Sefton of Portersville; her grandchildren, Damien (Heather) Kniess of Saxonburg, Fallon (Josh) Dick of Prospect, Dustin (Brittany) Sefton of Seattle, Wash., and Haley (Kevin) Hardman of Las Vegas, Nev.; her great-grandchildren, Jayde, Pierce, Ares, Achilles, Bryce, Maddie, Brock and Harper; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Merle Edward Sefton, who she was married to for over 50 years; her daughter, Judy Sefton; two infant sons; and her siblings.
SEFTON — Cremation services for Mary Jane (Fisher) Sefton, who died Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2022, have been entrusted to RAISLEY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 387 Main St., Prospect.
Private interment with her husband will be held at Greenlawn Burial Estates in Butler.
