Virginia L. Cole, 69, of Evans City, passed away on Wednesday morning, Dec. 21, 2022, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born in Pittsburgh on Nov. 12, 1953, she was the daughter of the late James and Gloria Kelly Bordt.

Virginia had been a waitress at Kings Restaurant in Cranberry Township.

She especially loved spending time with her loving grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband, Joseph W. Cole, whom she married on Sept. 25, 1975; a daughter, Jennifer Haslett (Christopher) of Adams Township; two sons, Charles Cole (Theresa) of Evans City, and Michael Bordt (Kattie) of Mars; six grandchildren; a sister, Diane Fessler (James) of Freedom; and a brother, Steven Bordt of Evans City.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Smith and Linda Bordt; and two brothers, Joseph and James Bordt.

COLE — Friends of Virginia L. Cole, who died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2022, will be received from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Monday at MCDONALD-AEBERLI FUNERAL HOME, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.

Services will follow at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Warrendale.
