The Chicora Volunteer Fire Department responded Friday night to a one-vehicle accident on Seven Hills Road in Donegal Township.

According to firefighter Eric Callihan, the vehicle, a pickup, “Ran off the road and ended up on its side.

“Two adults were inside, but neither was injured.”

Chicora VFD was on the scene for three-and-a-half hours, but most of that time was spent waiting for the arrival of a tow truck.
