Police Reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler Twp

Nov. 21 — Elijah D. Dunbar, 18, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he had a butane torch and metal pipe on his person.

Nov. 18 — Gordon Petitt, 66, of Polk and Madison Caroff, 21, of Indiana, were involved in a vehicle crash. Police said Petitt’s vehicle hit Carhoff’s vehicle on the Route 422 exit ramp to Route 8.

Oct. 29 — Hector Gonzalez-Torres, 57, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him on Whitestown Road.

Cranberry Twp

Nov. 22 — Kaitlynne M. Goughenour, 24, of East McKeesport, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped her Nov. 19 on Kirkwood Drive. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed Goughenour’s blood-alcohol content at 0.174%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 21 — Frank T. Burka IV, 35, of Cranberry, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he cut someone with a paring knife three times.

Nov. 21 — Kaiden T. Herald, 21, of Cranberry, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped him on Franklin Road, and that he showed signs of impairment.

Middlesex Twp

Nov. 22 — Rodney T. Seago, 61, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he took $500 worth of items from a business without permission.

Nov. 22 — Barret Morris, 43, of Valencia, was charged with felony false imprisonment of a minor and misdemeanor endangering welfare of children. Police said he locked a child in the bedroom for multiple hours.

Penn Twp

Nov. 21 — Ruth E. Kozemchak, 47, of Bradenville, was charged with damage during a vehicle accident. Police said she hit another vehicle Oct. 14 on Pittsburgh Road.

Zelienople Police

Nov. 17 — Lisa M. Wishon, 35, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor DUI< Police said they stopped her Nov. 10 on Perry Highway, and that field sobriety tests showed she was impaired.

State police, Butler

Nov. 21 — Tyrone R. Hilliard, 32, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said he crashed his vehicle Nov. 20 on Mercer Road, Center Township, and that a later breath test showed Hilliard’s blood-alcohol content at 0.128%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 20 — Michael Behe, 33, of Oil City, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said he crashed his vehicle on Interstate 79, Worth Township.

Nov. 19 — Cyril G. Fend, 67, of Prospect, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him on Yellowcreek Road, Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Fend’s blood-alcohol content at 0.161%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 18 — Joshua M. Curry, 19, of Cranberry and Gregory J. Krause, 42, of Verona, were involved in a vehicle crash. Police said Curry’s vehicle struck Krause’s vehicle on Interstate 79, Jackson Township.
