Angert

Marci L. Angert, 55, of Renfrew, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022.

She was born Dec. 13, 1966, in Butler, a daughter of Norma J. (Ferne) Geibel and the late Kenneth E. Geibel.

Marci was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time in the kitchen cooking and mostly spending time with her grandsons.

She is survived by her mother, Norma J. Geibel; her children, Aaron R. Cumberland and Jennifer (Marc) Howard; two grandsons, Logan and Levi; two brothers, Kevin (Kathy) Geibel and Scott (Donna) Geibel; and one sister, Dee (Dale) Cottage.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas P. Angert, whom she married Dec. 1, 2017; he passed away Jan. 18, 2022.

ANGERT — Friends of Marci L. Angert, who died Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022, will be received from 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9: 30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, 821 Herman Road, Butler.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the East Butler Volunteer Fire Company and Ambulance Company, P.O. Box 162, East Butler, PA 16029.
