James Barnett, 80, of Butler, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022.

He was born in Saxonburg on April 7, 1942, and was the son of the late Donald and Leah (Forester) Barnett.

Jim enjoyed Pittsburgh sports, especially the Steelers.

He was known to be hardworking, intelligent, and was the “life of the party.” He was loved and will be forever missed.

James was the father of Donald, James W.G., William, Gary and James Barnett.

He is also survived by seven grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother and sister.

BARNETT — All services for James Barnett, who died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022, will be held privately.
