The seventh annual Butler County Stand Down for veterans will take place beginning at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4, in its new location, General Butler Vagabond Center, 138 Whitestown Road, Butler Township.

Only veterans will be admitted from 11 a.m. to noon with proof of veterans status required. All others will be admitted from noon to 1:30 p.m.

This is a day of free services, support and resources for veterans, the homeless and others in need. There will be camaraderie, a free lunch and connections to services.
