Neil Robert Gibson, 67, of Butler, formerly of Edgewood, passed away Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022, at his residence.

He was born April 9, 1955, in Pittsburgh, and was the son of the late Robert Park Gibson and the late Frances (Lear) Borrebach.

He was a tool and die metal worker.

Surviving are his daughter, Carissa (Rickard) Darm of Thomaston, Conn.; a son, Jason Gibson of Canton, Ohio; three grandchildren, Rickard and Henry Darm, and Dorian Gibson; two sisters, Edith Lynne (Steven) Sutton of Butler, and Carol Wilson of Wilmerding; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

GIBSON — Service and burial will be private for Neil Robert Gibson, who died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022.
