Chief Operating Officer of Mercer County State Bank Aubery Guzzo has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s (PA Bankers’) Member Engagement and Development Policy Committee.

The goal of the committee is to determine the policies and strategic objectives for PA Bankers’ member engagement and educational programs.

Guzzo began her term July 1 with her main role to serve as the adviser to the students in the Advanced School of Banking.

Guzzo brings over 22 years of banking experience, having served in a variety of roles such as chairman of the Community Banker Advisory Committee for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in Washington D.C.
