Streets of Cranberry to welcome four new tenants

The Streets of Cranberry, an open-air shopping mall off route 19 in Cranberry Township, plans to welcome four new tenants in the coming weeks and months, with one already open for business.

Soma, a top retailer of intimate apparel opened Sept 9 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and promotions to the first 20 shoppers who entered the store.

“Everybody is very excited,” said Tonette Mollohan, assistant manager at Soma. “They don’t have to travel as far to get their needs, whether that be pajamas, bras, underwear or sports attire.”

Maxine’s Coffee House plans to open sometime in the fall, next to Steel City Garage. Customers will be able to dine and sip their coffee on the Streets of Cranberry’s brand-new patio.

“We’re excited to introduce a new place for individuals and families to come together and share a nice cup of coffee,” Maxine’s owner Brandon Grbach said. “Streets of Cranberry is the perfect spot for our shop, and we look forward to ringing in the store opening with community members.”

With locations already in Downtown Pittsburgh, Lawrenceville and South Hills Village, food chain Condado Tacos will open a Streets of Cranberry location Oct. 20.

The restaurant will feature about 140 indoor seats and more than 30 outdoor patio seats.

National indoor cycling chain CycleBar plans to open at the Streets of Cranberry in November, between Cabinet World and Alera Salon.

CycleBar aims to help participants improve performance and reach their goals, one ride at a time.

“We’ve had a great deal of interest in our Streets of Cranberry property over the last year,” said Marty Sweeney, senior vice president of M&J Wilkow, the property manager of Streets of Cranberry. “These four tenants, along with Steel City and Big Blue Swim have completely transformed our center.”

Information on the future openings will be available in the coming weeks.
