These items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Sept. 6 — Ronald L. Doctor, 59, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure and misdemeanor drug possession after police said they investigated an incident Aug. 6 on West Cunningham Street. Police said Doctor exposed himself while urinating in public and in full view of a young girl. Police said during his arrest, officers found eight stamp bags of heroin in his boot.
Sept. 4 — Arizona R. Applegarth, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her Aug. 13 on Pittsburgh Pike near Pittsburgh Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed Applegarth was impaired, and she later refused to have her breath tested.
Sept. 4 — Patrick C. Boulanger, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault after police said he trespassed and shoved a woman into a TV, causing injury.
Sept. 4 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Route 2021. Police said Karl Giese, 37, of Butler, suffered a medical issue while driving, causing him to lose control of his vehicle, which went over an embankment. Police said Giese was taken by ambulance to a hospital for further evaluation.
1:55 p.m. Sept. 2 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on North Duffy Road. Police said Ericka Scardina, 29, of Butler, drove her vehicle into the rear of one driven by Donald Powell, 66, of Butler. Police said Powell’s vehicle was pushed into a third driven by Robert Kudelka, 54, of Butler. Police said none of the drivers needed to be transported for injuries.
1:37 p.m. Sept. 2 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at Butler Commons Plaza on New Castle Road. Police said Tyler Duncan, 19, of Portersville, drove his vehicle into the rear of one driven by Logan Serafine, 25, of Butler. Police said the momentum caused Serafine’s vehicle to continue into the Chili’s restaurant parking lot, where it hit two other parked vehicles. Police said no injuries were reported.
Sept. 6 — Daniel L. Wolfe, 37, of Butler, was charged with one felony count of making a false statement during a gun buy and misdemeanor false statement. Police said he misrepresented himself on the form while trying to buy a gun March 19, 2021, from Dunham’s Sports in Center Township.
3:09 p.m. Sept. 4 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Evans City Road at its intersection with Spithaler School Road, Forward Township. Police said Pamela A. McKivigan, 64, of Butler, ran a red light and was hit by a vehicle driven by Kathleen M. Roczko, 57, of Evans City. Police said both drivers suffered minor injuries, but only Roczko was taken by ambulance.
Sept. 2 — Travis M. Rice, 40, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped her Aug. 25 on Route 68 near Ash Stop Road, Forward Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed Rice was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content was 0.231%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Sept. 3 — Philip Jandrokovic, 62, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault after police said he hit his wife in the face, causing injury.
