Sentence court
The following defendants were sentenced Thursday in Butler County Common Pleas Court by Judge Timothy McCune:
Cindy Lee Anderson, 42, of Butler was sentenced to serve 30 days to 12 months in prison, but was immediately paroled and ordered to complete 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of accidents involving damage to property filed by Butler City police following a May 10, 2021, incident.
Billy Lydell Rogers Jr., 30, of Uniontown, Fayette County, was sentenced to serve 24 to 48 months in state prison after pleading guilty to a felony charge of contraband filed by county detectives following an April 1, 2021, incident. He was given credit for 344 days already served in prison.
Grant Jacob Etter, 35, of Zelienople was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed by state police following a Dec. 2, 2020, incident.
Izaac Ruben Bermea Jr., 30, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to serve 96 months of probation after pleading to charges of driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police following a March 15 incident.
Michael Darrell Jackson, 43, of New Castle, Lawrence County, was sentenced to serve 12 to 84 months in prison, but was immediately paroled to serve 12 months of house arrest, pay fines totaling $7,500 and complete 60 hours of community service after pleading guilty to driving under the influence charges filed by state police following a Nov. 30, 2019, incident. Other charges were dismissed.
David S. Cromika, 45, of Portersville was sentenced to serve 66 months of probation including 18 months of house arrest, pay fines totaling $5,000 and complete alcohol highway safety school, 40 hours of community service, a victim impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to DUI charges filed by state police following a March 17 incident. Other charges were dismissed.
William Kellam Franklin, 25, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, was sentenced to serve 6 months of probation and pay a $50 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Cranberry Township police following a March 2, 2021, incident.
Savannah Aubree Kurimski Artzberger II, 24, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay $153 in restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of simple assault filed by state police following a Dec. 18, 2021, incident.
Todd Allen Reed, 42, of Butler was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and was given immediate parole from three jail sentences and ordered to pay $1.75 in restitution to Dollar General after pleading guilty to charges of criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft filed in four separate cases by Butler City and Cranberry Township police.
Timothy Michael Risinger, 40, of Butler was sentenced to serve six months of house arrest and pay fines totaling $2,600 after pleading guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license and accidents involving damage to property filed by Butler Township police following a March 17 incident.
Brian Scott Schuller, 51, of Freeport was fined $100 after pleading guilty to a charge of harassment filed by Buffalo Township police following a Jan. 4 incident.
Matthew Delanta Robinson, 40, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, was sentenced to serve six to 12 months in prison, but was immediately paroled, and fined $75 after pleading guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle filed by state police following an Aug. 25, 2021, incident.
Chad W. Scott, 49, of Mars was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay fines totaling $325 and complete alcohol highway safety school, 25 hours of community service and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police following a March 2 incident. Other charges were dismissed.
