Four people graduated from Butler Health System’s Advanced Practice Providers program (APP) this week.

A Thursday, Sept. 1, news release from the heath system said BHS offers two focus tracks in APP post-graduate fellowship programs, acute care medicine and cardiology. Both are intended to be intensive 12-month programs during which fellows are immersed in hands-on training to further develop their knowledge, clinical skills, critical thinking and collaborative techniques.

The graduates include physician’s assistants Cassidy Fairman and Alexus Nubani and certified registered nurse anesthetists Jon Leo and April Pryor.

Butler Health System employs about 230 advanced practice providers, made up of certified registered nurse anesthetists, certified nurse midwives, certified registered nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
