Fahlor

Dylan T. Fahlor, 24, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Chicora, passed away Friday, Aug. 19, 2022, at his home.

Dylan was born in Kittanning on July 28, 1998. He was the son of Thomas P. Fahlor and Barbara A. Krizmanich Blauser.

Dylan was of the Catholic faith. He was a 2016 graduate of Karns City Area High School and attended Robert Morris University.

Dylan enjoyed gambling, fishing, gaming with his friends and, most especially, going to gun raffles with his family. Dylan loved animals, always wanting to help a stray, and was especially fond of his cats, Bonnie and Clyde.

He was employed as a shipper for LANXESS in Neville Island for five years.

Dylan is survived by his father and stepmother, Thomas and Jackie Fahlor of Chicora, his mother and her husband, Barbara and Paul Blauser of Chicora; siblings, Carrick J. Harp and wife, Kara, of East Brady, Cameron R. Harp, Austin J. Fahlor and Anna M. Blauser, all of Chicora; maternal grandparents, Jim and June Krizmanich of Rural Valley; paternal grandmother, Sherry Osche (Bill Swanik) of Petrolia; a nephew, Kegan Schrecongost; stepgrandparents, John Augustine and Noreen Venturini; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Dylan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Thomas E. Fahlor.

FAHLOR — Friends of Dylan T. Fahlor, who died Friday, Aug. 19, 2022, will be received from noon to 2 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at HILE FUNERAL HOME of Chicora, 339 Chicora Fenelton Road.

A service outside of Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Matthew McClain, pastor of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, officiating.

Interment will be in Hemphill Cemetery, Chicora.

Memorial contributions in Dylan’s memory may be made to a suicide prevention charity or a local humane society.
