Hofstetter

Stanley P. Hofstetter, 97, of McCandless Township, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2022, with family by his side.

He was the devoted husband for 61 years to the late Margaret (Payne) Hofstetter; loving father of Gregory (Mary Lynn), Marc (Colleen) and Gary (Deborah) Hofstetter; proud grandfather of Bethany (Ryan) Baker, Christopher (Hannah) and Kimberly (Brian) Frank; and beloved great-grandfather of Henry Baker.

Stanley had a zest for life, love of golf and passion for gardening. His greatest joy was spending time with family and friends.

He also is survived by his nieces, nephews and extended family, including James (Eileen) Battaglia, Christopher, Rachel, and Matthew (Lydia) and children, Hattie and Lenny Battaglia.

HOFSTETTER — Friends of Stanley P. Hofstetter, who died Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2022, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, 2022, at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Township.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, 2022, at St. Alexis Church-St. Aidan Parish, 10090 Old Perry Hwy., Wexford.
