Joseph Green
Joseph Green, 61, of Cabot passed away suddenly on Aug. 10, 2022.
Born Sept. 24, 1960, in Butler, he was a son of the late James and Barbara (Kaempf) Green.
Joseph was a repairman for Cleveland-Cliffs Inc.
He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, St. John Roman Catholic Church.
He was a member of the Masons, the Knights of Columbus and the Hiland Golf League.
He enjoyed football, but he especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, and his dogs, Kasey, Lexi and Lucky.
Surviving is his wife, Shirley K. (Zanetti) Green, whom he married on Nov. 22, 2011.
He is also survived by three children, Danielle (Brian) Smith of Ford City, Julienne (Christopher) Metcalf of Ford City, and Angela (Taylor) Levick of Virginia; four grandchildren, Brennan, Asher, Hazel and Adeline; four brothers, James (Ann) Green of Lansing, Mich., Michael Green of Butler, John Green of Lower Burrell, and Eric (Natalie) Green of Cranberry Township; his sister, Kelly Cowan of Evans City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
GREEN — Friends of Joseph Green, who died Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2022, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John Roman Catholic Church, 668 Clearfield Road, Fenelton.
Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery, Fenelton.
