Heat paired with heavy rainfall Thursday to create a particularly humid day in Butler County.

Butler County could see similar conditions for the rest of this week and early next, according to the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh, which on Thursday afternoon issued a hazardous weather outlook for the coming week.

The outlook warned of potential for severe storms with damaging winds, as well as localized flash flooding into Thursday evening. It then said heavy rainfall is possible for Friday and Saturday which could lead to flash flooding, creating potential hazards through Wednesday.

Temperatures soared in the high 80s Thursday and are expected to hit highs of above 80 degrees in the coming days.
