Altman

Jackie (James) Altman, formerly of Sarver, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2022, in Deerfield Beach, Fla.

She was born in Brackenridge, Pa., on July 31, 1939, the daughter of Paul and Irene James. Jackie graduated from Freeport High School with the Class of 1957 and attended Grove City College.

She was a very talented artist, creating fabulous stained-glass pieces for many individuals nationwide and also worked for an engineering firm in Virginia Beach, Va., where she resided for many years.

Jackie had a contagious laugh and truly enjoyed life.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Mary Ann Rhodes; a brother, Bill; and a son, Andrew “Andy."

She is survived by her daughter, Amy; two granddaughters; a niece; a nephew and many friends.
