The smiles were a little brighter Monday at the Jean B. Purvis Community Health Center.

The center, which provides free medical, dental, vision and behavioral health services, announced it received a $20,000 grant for dental work for uninsured county residents.

The Delta Dental Community Care Foundation will award the funds to the nonprofit health center, which is off East Butler Road in Summit Township.
