Carol Ann Billman McConnell, 85, of Butler, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.

Born Oct. 28, 1936, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Norbert F. and Rachel McGlincy Billman.

Carol was a graduate of Butler High School.

She was employed in the banking industry for many years, and also worked for the District Attorney’s office in Butler.

Carol was a member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Butler.

Surviving is one niece and five nephews, Kay Kelly Guyton, James Kenneth Billman Jr. M.D., Peter Billman, Jeffrey K. Kelly, Scott A. Kelly and Timothy D. Kelly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth Wayne McConnell, who died July 13, 2003; one brother, James Kenneth Billman; and two sisters, Dorothy Ruth Billman and Norma Jean Billman Kelly.

MCCONNELL — A memorial service to celebrate the life of Carol Ann Billman McConnell, who died Wednesday, June 8, 2022, was held on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. North St., Butler, with the Rev. Clark Sawyer officiating.

Burial was made in North Side Cemetery, Butler.
