Marjorie L. Bishop, 68, of Chicora, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022, at her residence.

She was born Jan. 7, 1954, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Harold Roxberry and Helen (Claypoole) Roxberry Artman.

Marge had been a cook at several restaurants.

She is survived by her daughter, Tina McManus of Kyle, Texas; her son, Allan (Ellie) Tirk of Kyle, Texas; her grandchildren, Jonathan and Joseph Tirk, Matthew Tirk II and Joshua Tirk, Nicole and Justin McManus, and Kaile and Cyra Brite; 16 great-great-grandchildren; three brothers, James Roxberry of West Sunbury, H. Samuel (Deb) Roxberry of West Sunbury and Kenneth Roxberry of Missouri; three stepbrothers, Lawrence Artman of Apollo, Greg (Kathy) Artman and Alexander Artman of Ohio; and two sisters, Joyce (Gene) Franceschina of Newark, Del., and Valerie Boyd of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

BISHOP — Friends of Marjorie L. Bishop, who died Monday, June 20, 2022, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and from noon until the time of service at 2 p.m. Saturday at YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.

Burial will be private.
