Nancy Jane Danik, 69, of East Butler, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born Jan. 31, 1953, in New York, N.Y., the daughter of the late Charles Lohmuller Jr. and the late Dorothy KuKura Lohmuller.

Nancy graduated from Butler High School. She was Catholic by faith. Nancy worked as a custodian for many years. She loved her dog, Rosco. Nancy loved spending time with her grandchildren at their sporting events and family gatherings.

Nancy is survived by her two daughters, Heidi L. (Scott) Sarver of Prospect, and Meloni (Brian) Hollefreund of Butler; five grandchildren, Rick Kriess, Emily Sarver, Brianna Green, Ethan Sarver, and Preston Green; two sisters, Barbara Spryn of Butler, and Dorothy (Paul) McCall of Butler; one brother, Bill (Judy) Lohmuller of Butler; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Charlotte Reeseman.

DANIK — Friends of Nancy Jane Danik, who died Friday, June 10, 2022, will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday with a blessing service at 3 p.m. at THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 124 East North St., Butler.
