PENN TWP — The Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 857 will stage a Young Eagles Rally event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 11 at the Pittsburgh-Butler Regional Airport, 473 Airport Rd.

Pilots from the chapter will provide airplane rides to interested youths age 8 to 17. These rides will be provided free of charge and are dependent on weather conditions at the time of the event.

Registration online or at the event desk is required with a parent or legal guardian’s approval signature.

To date, over nearly 30 years, the EAA has provided more than 2.2 million introductory flights to children to encourage their interest in aviation.
