Specialized Staffing hires business development specialist
Oil City native Betsey Kukla has joined Specialized Staffing and Industry Recruiters in Butler as its business development specialist.
The move was made in March, and Kukla views the position not as a “job” but as an “opportunity” to help local companies connect with the best possible talent.
Kukla graduated from Venango Catholic High School in 1987 and from Clarion University in 1991 with a degree in early childhood education.
She began her career as a second-grade teacher in Glendale, Ariz., where she worked for seven years before moving back to Western Pennsylvania.
In 2003, she joined Lifetouch National School Studios as an office assistant was promoted to operations manager.
Kukla lives in Butler with her husband of 28 years and three children.
