The Seneca Valley School District will host public tours at Evans City Elementary/Middle School in Evans City before its closure.

The community can attend final walk-throughs of the 84-year-old building where visitors can reminisce as they stroll through the hallways, take photographs and view memorabilia, old yearbooks and other keepsakes in the Creativity, Innovation and Research Center Lab at school.

The school district has set walk-throughs: 4:30 to 6 p.m May 9; 4:30 to 6 p.m. May 11; 2 to 4 p.m. May 14; and 4:30 to 6 p.m. May 16

Evans City School stickers and button pins will be available as keepsakes. Current Evans City Elementary/Middle School students and teachers will serve as tour guides. No reservations are required to attend the public tours. Evans City School is located at 345 W. Main St., Evans City.
