Guillard

Robert P. Guillard Sr., 85, of Prospect, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, while under the care of Advanced Care Center.

Born March 5, 1937, in Prospect, he was the son of the late Pete Guillard and Lois Elizabeth Challis Guillard.

Bob was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Middle Lancaster.

He was employed as a kiln sitter at Lava Crucible.

Bob was a member of the Harmony Lodge 429 F&AM, and was a member of the New Castle Scottish Rite Cathedral Consistory.

He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends.

Bob leaves behind to cherish his memory his son, Dr. Robert (Jane) Guillard Jr. of Palm Coast, Fla.; his daughter, Laurie (William Grime) Kelly of Prospect; his grandson, Michael R. Guillard of San Diego, Calif.; his siblings, Louise Morgan of Sugar Grove, Pa., and Don (Deana) Guillard of Lewis Center, Ohio; and his beloved friend, Betty Black of Butler.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Doris J. Guillard, who passed away on May 14, 2009; his son-in-law, Kim D. Kelly; his brothers, Pete, Frank and Arthur Guillard; and a sister, Ruth Ann Darrah.

GUILLARD — Friends of Robert P. Guillard Sr., who died Tuesday, April 12, 2022, will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2022, at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. Officers and members of Harmony Lodge 429 F&AM will assemble at the funeral home at 7 p.m. to conduct Masonic services.

Additional visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday at Zion Lutheran Church, 557 Perry Highway, Harmony, with Pastor Tim Dawes and Pastor Peggy Suhr-Barkley officiating.

Bob will be laid to rest at Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery.
