Dennis "Chuck" McDonough Jr., 68, of Valencia, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022.

Born in Pittsburgh June 21, 1953, he was the son of the late Dennis and Mary Shkuratoff McDonough.

Chuck was a graduate of Mars High School. He was retired from Bentley Manufacturing, and worked as an independent contractor.

Chuck was a member of Holy Sepulcher Church.

He enjoyed working in his "commercial building" and collecting and repairing equipment. Chuck was loved by everyone who met him, and was a kind person who was willing to help anyone in need. He will be remembered for his kindness and wit. Most of all, he loved his family.

Chuck is survived by his sisters, Mary Lou "ML" Longshore, Joan (Steve) Wagner, Josie (Kent) Shoemaker, Deb (Dave) Lewis and Chrissy (Leon) Cherry; his brothers, Bill (Lauren) McDonough, Mike (Gudrun) McDonough and Bob (Rose) McDonough; and his sister-in-law, Shari McDonough.

He also is survived by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, John "Jay" McDonough.

MCDONOUGH — Friends of Dennis "Chuck" McDonough Jr., who died Sunday, April 10, 2022, will be received from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown, where a blessing service will be held at 4 p.m.

The family suggests donations be made to Holy Sepulcher Church.
