DAYTONA, Fla. — Three Butler County area high school graduates are members of the Thiel College competitive cheerleading squad that finished second Friday at the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) College Nationals.

Moniteau graduate Cassidy Claypoole, Allegheny-Clarion Valley graduate Abriana Forsythe and Karns City graduate Macy Stewart are members of the squad. Thiel scored a 92.8 at the competition.

Henderson University finished first. Thiel scored a 93.1 to finish first in its category during the preliminary round.
