Kelly launches new website design aimed to boost constituent experience
U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, R-16th, announced the launch of a newly designed website at Kelly.House.Gov, which features a more user-friendly experience focused on customer service.
Kelly’s site features a new section that provides constituents with the resources handled by the federal government, along with programs overseen by local and state governments. Visitors also may find a variety of information, including Kelly’s legislative work, biography, communications and services.
“My team and I are thrilled to showcase our new website, which will better assist the great people of northwest Pennsylvania,” Kelly said in a news release. “It is not an easy task for one to navigate and understand the federal government and its programs. This updated website will hopefully remedy some of these problems and questions for folks back home.”
The website contains many of the same, wide-ranging list of easily accessible resources that visitors are accustomed to finding on Kelly’s website, including appropriations requests, U.S. flag requests, tour requests, social media links, Kelly’s voting record, business resources, grant applications office addresses, phone numbers and hours.
