The Brother’s Brother Foundation of Pittsburgh’s Ukraine Relief fund reached more than $750,000 and delivered medicine and wound-care supplies to the Ukrainian city of Lviv on Friday.

The organization provided four trucks full of medicine and supplies from Highmark/AHN the Ukrainian Ministry of Health for distribution to Ukraine, Poland and Romania facilities.

The Lyndora Hotel in Butler contributed funds toward this effort. Organizations such as Giant Eagle also provided materials for the shipment to Ukraine, and volunteer teams from UPMC, Sewickley Academy and other organizations assembled hygiene kits for refugees.
