Justin Owen Newman, 33, of Slippery Rock, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2022, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born June 28, 1988, in Parkersburg, W.Va., the son of Robert Newman and Penny (Williamson) Seybert.

He touched the lives of so many people and will be missed. He was such a loving, caring person and had a soft spot for animals. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors.

Surviving are his mother, Penny (Mark) Seybert of Slippery Rock; his father, Robert Newman; three brothers, Paul Anthony Newman, Joshua Michael Newman and Robert Allen Newman; his half-sister, Nicole Newman; his maternal grandparents, Roberta and Jesse Seybert and Karen Rexroad; his paternal grandparents, Edith and Owen Newman; a nephew, Oliver Newman; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Morgan Robert Williamson; and his uncle, Morgan Pfalzgraf.

NEWMAN — Friends of Justin Owen Newman, who died Sunday, March 13, 2022, will be received from 5 p.m. until the time of service at 6 p.m. Wednesday at YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler. The family asks that everyone please dress casually and wear cheerful colors.

Burial will be private.
