Barnhart

Patti Barnhart, 71, of Zelienople, passed away Friday, March 11, 2022, while in the comfort of her home surrounded by family.

Born April 1, 1950, in Kittanning, she was the daughter of the late Lynn J. Gale Jr. and Helen Greenaway Gale.

Patti was an avid Steelers fan and loved flowers and working in her garden. She enjoyed puzzles and spending time with her family and grandchildren, who she loved dearly. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all that knew her.

Patti leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Gary (Christi) Barnhart and Jon (Kathi) Barnhart; her grandchildren, Tyler Barnhart, Gary Barnhart Jr., Alyssa Barnhart and Troy Barnhart; her brothers, Bud, Ken and Ed Holben; her sisters, Shirley Holznick, Carol Aller, Peggy Hay, Lynn Fey and Sandy Wilhoit; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Patti was preceded in death by her husband, Gary F. Barnhart, whom she married on Oct. 12, 1968, and who passed away Dec. 13, 2005.

BARNHART — Friends of Patti Barnhart, who died Friday, March 11, 2022, will be received from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday with a Celebration of Life Service following at 7 p.m. at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, with Pastor Reid Moon, as celebrant.
