Margaret “Peg” Harvey, 88, of Sarver passed away Saturday, March 12, 2022, at her home.

Born Oct. 21, 1933, in Natrona Heights, she was the daughter of William Raub and Esther Parsons (Raub).

Peg worked as a housewife. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sarver and The Herbal Thymes Club. Peg loved flowers, gardening, baking and sewing. She also enjoyed singing in the church choir.

Surviving are her children, Leslie (Barbara) Harvey of Cabot, Lorrie (Corey) Simmons of Penn Township, Timothy (Jill) Harvey of Shelocta, Pa., and Debbie (John) Wichrowski of Sarver; eight grandchildren, Melissa, Heather, Amanda, Brent, Carrie, Megan, Jennifer and Cassie; 22 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Susan Brink of Sarver.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Harvey; her parents, William and Esther Raub; and 10 siblings.

HARVEY — Friends of Margaret “Peg” Harvey, who died Saturday, March 12, 2022, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at FOX FUNERAL HOME, Saxonburg.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sarver with Pastor Shawn Smith, officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Paul's Cemetery in Sarver.

Memorial donations may be made to the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sarver.
