Butler County

County commissioners took the following official actions at Wednesday’s meeting:

Approved a resolution naming banks as approved depositories for county funds.

Approved the following rate changes:

Blended case management with Glade Run to $20.57.

Blended case management with the Care Center to $22.81.

Approved the following contract amendments for Emergency Solutions Grant, fiscal year 2020, administration:

Extending the end date from Jan. 8 to June 30 for Catholic Charities.

Extending the end date from Jan. 8 to June 30 for the Care Center.

Increasing the program maximum with the Care Center to $108,932, a 26% increase.

Approved the following contracts for Emergency Solutions Grant, fiscal year 2021, administration, from Jan. 1, 2022, through April 6, 2023:

The Care Center, with a program maximum of $70,384.

Catholic Charities, with a program maximum of $292,545.

Approved amendments to contracts with the following entities for drug and alcohol services, incorporating language prohibiting medical marijuana:

Cove Forge Behavioral Health System.

Bowling Green Inn, Brandywine.

White Deer Run LLC.

Approved a revised contract for a line dance instructor at the Evans City Senior Center, at a rate of $45 per class, beginning March 8.

Approved an amendment with Trinity Services LLC for prison food services, increasing the cost by 25 cents per meal, to $1.763 per meal.

Approved the following resolutions:

Certifying the local match for Butler Transit Authority, for operating and capital financial assistance, in the amount of $34,890 in cash.

Certifying the local match for Butler Transit Authority, for operating expenses, in the amount of $63,714 in cash.

Authorizing the sale of a 2015 Ford E450 Super Duty van to the Alliance for Nonprofit Resources at a price of $4,500.
