Eckenrode

James C. Eckenrode, 56, of Butler, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022.

He was born in Butler, on March 6, 1965, and was the son of the late James and Norma Eckenrode.

James was employed in car sales and also drove routes for the Butler Eagle.

He enjoyed scratch-offs, and collecting Indian and eagle artwork.

James was known to be a good dad, family-oriented, and hardworking. He was loved and will be forever missed.

James was the father of Jeremy (Angela) Eckenrode; and the brother of Karen (Bart) Eckenrode, Tonia Fain and Ron (Becky) Eckenrode.

He is also survived by his life friend, Brenda Eckenrode; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.

James was preceded in death by his brother, John Eckenrode; his sister, Mary Ruth Eckenrode; and his grandmother, Blanche McCurdy.
