Grigor

Robert W. “Bob” Grigor, 77, went home to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022.

He was born in New Kensington on July 6, 1944, and lived in the Butler area since 1965.

He taught wood shop at Butler Junior High School for 33 years. His drafting input influenced the design of the new addition to the school.

He helped with his church's building construction.

He was a devoted husband, father and follower of Jesus. He passed out many Bibles. He and his wife fostered 11 children, and were active in The Gideons International, The Keystone Squares, The Alamos, Faith Fellowship Alliance Church and later Graceway Community Church.

He is survived by his sister, Lois Ann; his wife of 55 years, Linda Grigor; three children, Sherry, Rob and Bonny, along with their spouses; and four grandchildren.

GRIGOR — Family and friends of Robert W. “Bob” Grigor, who died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.

A funeral service to celebrate his life will follow immediately in the funeral home.

Burial will be held privately in Butler County Memorial Park Cemetery.
