John S. Robison, 82, passed away Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022 at his home in Horsham, Pa.

Born Oct. 25, 1939, in Butler, he was the son of the late John S. Robison and Catherine Hutzler Robison.

John graduated from Butler High School in 1957, and the University of Cincinnati in 1962, with a B.S. in electrical engineering. John retired from Unisys in 2002.

John is survived by his brother, Robert (Clair) of Charlottesville, Va.; his sister, Nancy (Don) Friedel of Brentwood, Calif.; and his brother, Jim Robison (Rose) of Sarasota, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Robison and Tom’s wife, Diana (Druga) Robison.

He was a beloved uncle to five nieces and three nephews; and several great-nieces and grand-nephews.

John had a passion for anything electronic and was technical support for family and friends. When you had a computer problem, John was the go to person. John was also an avid Ham Radio operator.

ROBISON — Friends of John S. Robison, who died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.

Additional visitation will be held from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. Saturday.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at All Saints Parish, St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St., Butler.

Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Butler.
